With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Underwood of Connersville, Indiana, born in Batesville, Indiana, who passed away on November 13, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Dieckman and Elsie Dieckman (Narwold); her husband Robert Underwood; and her daughter Kathleen Grace Underwood. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Peters and Jane Taylor (Rick); her grandchildren, Robert Peters (Heather), Katherine Griner (Robert), Ronald Taylor (Jennifer) and Mathew Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Taylor, Clayton Peters, Molly Griner, Ava Griner, Ethan Taylor, Olivia, Eli Peters, Logan Taylor, Josie Griner and Jackson Davis.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Veterans Council or the Connersville High School Band.
