He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Sue Mize; and his siblings, Charlene Mize and Charlie Mize. He is survived by: his brother Mitch Fields of Rushville; and his close friend Kristy Martin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
