He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Foster and Virginia "June" Rowe Baldwin; his wife Sandy Baldwin; his son Devon Ray Baldwin; his granddaughter Maria; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Patterson, Diane Baldwin, Connie Kirk and Barbara Adkins.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Baldwin of Colorado Springs, Doug Baldwin (Diana) of Columbia, Dawn Eversole (Mike) of Connersville and Debbie Baldwin of Connersville; his grandchildren, Danika, Mitchell, Natalie, Joshua, Jazmine, Michael, Seth, Chase, Josie, Riley and Ali; his siblings, Ron Baldwin of Alpine, Jan Cooper (Dennis) of Alpine, Pam Patterson of Alpine, Daniel Baldwin (Janet) of Alpine and Mary Underwood of Connersville; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Kirk (Joyce) of Plainfield, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
