She is survived by: her husband Rob Jacobs; her father Roger Moore (Vickie) of Foley, Alabama; her children, Celeste Jacobs (Eric Getzen) of Connersville, Shelby Jacobs (Trent Davidson) of Connersville, Chelsi Jacobs of New Palestine and Jalen Jacobs of Indianapolis; her granddaughter Alia Hunt of New Palestine; her brother Matt Moore (Steven) of North Carolina; her stepsister Shannon Munday (George) of Alabama; and her parents-in-law, Bob and Phyllis Jacobs of Rushville.
