She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Lewellen; and her grandparents, Raymond, Grace Lewellen, Norman and Thelma Lewis.
She is survived by: her mother Katherine Mae Lewellen (Lewis); her husband Virgil Steele; her sons, Nick Adams (Alexis), Brandon Adam, Tyler Steele and Dylan Steele (Allison); her grandchildren, Lamuis, Evander and Weston; her sister Yvonne Glenn (Mark); her close friend Kris Schneider (Rick Thompson); and her nieces, Amiee Blevins (Clay Christal), Angel Wilkerson (Jeff), Arika Burck (Kenny) and Katrina Lee (Jake Burck). She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and several fur babies.
