Gertrude Caldwell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Caldwell of Connersville, Indiana, who passed away on December 6, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Sparks and Dahlia Marcum Sparks; her husband Bill Wilson; her former husband John "Snook" Caldwell; her close friend Robert Sams; and her siblings, Gerald Sparks, Harold Sparks, Paul Sparks, Raymond Sparks, Ralph Sparks, Ivan, Virgil Sparks, Edna Moore and Avenell Riebsomer.

She is survived by: her son Jeff Sizemore (Evelyn) of Connersville; her siblings, Donnie Sparks of McKee, Darrell Sparks of McKee, Gary Sparks of London, Kentucky, Aileen Bennett of London, Kentucky, Thelma Sparks of London, Kentucky and Nollie Hatfield of London, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Abigail Sizemore, Sarah Lacey (Jake) of Connersville, Jeanette Harris (Quinton) of Knightstown, Erica Davis (Cory) of North Vernon and Tyler Massey of Richmond Indiana; and her great grandchildren, Julian, Piper, Brennen, Morgan, Samantha and Tyler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the E.W. Tatman Children's Christmas Fund in Trudy's honor.
