He was predeceased by: his father Cleamont Moore. He is survived by: his mother Gayle Rusterholz Moore of Brookville, Indiana; his wife Marsha June Moore; his stepson Joseph Rowe (Rikki); his stepgrandsons, Brody and Wilder Rowe; his siblings, Alan Moore (Lou Ann) of Connersville and Sue Fuller (Steve) of Liberty; his nieces, Courtney Hill (Cody) and Chelsea Mundy (Will) of Liberty; his great-niece Brooke Hill; and his great-nephew Boston Hill.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Eric to the Fayette County Cancer Society.
