She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Smith and Marie Bennett Smith; her husband James Earl Evitts; and her siblings, Diane French (Johnny), Hazel Drew (Bob) and Keith Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Goins (Mike) of Connersville, Vickie Wicker of Connersville and Jena Hudson of Connersville; her grandchildren, Jimbo Evitts of Connersville, Joshua Goins (Allison) of Circleville, David Goins (Morgan) of Connersville, Tony Bloom of Connersville, Jacob Hudson (Codi) of Connersville and Aarun Hudson (Hannah) of Connersville; and her siblings, J. C. Smith, Bill Smith and Rosetta Melton. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 N Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
