She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Judd, Sr. and Mary Jane Mayes Judd; her husband Chester LeRoy Smith; and her siblings, Robert, Harold, Ralph, Larry, Herschel Jr. Judd, Betty Jean Hatfield and Caroline Sue Judd.
She is survived by: her sisters, Beverly Proffitt of Connersville, LaVerne Rairdon of Avon, IN and Henrietta "Penny" Horstman of Indianapolis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
