She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeffie Isaacs and Doshia Hall Isaacs; her husband Bill; her siblings, Edna Stevens (Carson), Jesse Isaacs (Thelma) and Earl Isaacs; and her stepsiblings, Clifton Gabbard (Hazel), Pebble Gabbard, Herman Elmer Gabbard (Geraldine), Dewey Gabbard (Anita), Owen Gabbard, Mildred Maupin (Herbert) and Ruth Rummel (Wayne).
She is survived by: her children, Pebble Dwight Gabbard of Connersville and Kathleen Gabbard of Connersville; her granddaughter Brandi Jo Kunard (Keith) of St. Petersburg, Florida; and her great grandchild Keigan N. Kunard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dorothy to the charity of the donor's choice.
