He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Simpson and Carnahan; his former wife Mary Rosella Fish Simpson; his wife Donna Madden Simpson; and his sister Norma Newland.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Kidd (Richard) and Keith Simpson; his nephew Bob Powell; his stepchildren, Jayne Meadows (Bob), Fred Price (Pam), Polly Figueroa, Julie Price and Jerry Smith (Mark); his grandchildren, Christa Shaw, Gregory Shaw, Larry Simpson, Eric and Randy Kidd; his great grandchildren, Landon and Caitlyn Shaw; his grandchildren, Zoe, Layla Simpson, Justin, Aaron, Eli and Atlee Kidd; and his brother Dale Simpson.
