He is survived by: his wife Linda Frazier of Connersville; his sons, Andy William Frazier (Elisha) of Richmond and Adam Ray Frazier (Betsy) of Union County, Indiana; his grandchildren, Rylan William Lee Frazier, Brycen Levi Wayde Frazier, Ellyanah Faith Frazier, Kase Kettler Ray Frazier and Emily Grace Frazier; and his siblings, Darrell L. Frazier (Beth) of Connersville and Mary Lou Anderson (John) of Connersville.
