He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Warner and Zetta Mae LaMar Warner; his daughter Debra Warner; and his brother Larry Warner. He is survived by: his wife Donna Warner; his children, Donald Warner (Sara) of Indianapolis, Daniel Warner (Beth) of Pennsylvania and Deeann Revalee of Connersville; his grandchildren, Whitney Myers (David) of Connersville and Ryan Warner of Pennsylvania; his great grandchildren, Chloee, Zoey Myers and Shirley; and his brother Ronald "Dink".

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fisher House, Dayton VA Medical Center.
