She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Clem Miller; her husband Jerry Lewis Boulware; her children, Bambi Lynn Boulware of Connersville, Denise Michele Boulware Parks of Connersville and Michael Lewis Boulware of Connersville; her grandchildren, Abby Berry, Jessica Sypolt, Ryan Booher, Jason Booher, Jeffrey Parks and Brittany Parks; her great grandchildren, Garrison, Asher, Annika Sypolt, Brooklyn, Bronson, Maverick Moore, Fisher, Emma, Isabelle, Samuel Booher, Braydan Reece, Jessamay Parks, Vincent, Lydia, McKenzie Parks and Kaleb; her brothers, Clem Miller (Mary Ann) of Connersville, Jerry Lee Miller (Donna) of Connersville, Marshall Miller of Connersville and Dale Miller (Landa) of Milford, Ohio.; her parent Jerry Lewis Boulware; her brother Myron A. Miller; her daughter-in-law Constance "Connie" L. Boulware; and her nephew Brian Douglas Miller.
