He is survived by: his sons, Richard Harvey Jr. of Connersville and Christopher Lenn Harvey of Connersville; his grandchildren, Briana Fields (Nate), Brooke Upchurch (Javan) and Kendall Harvey; his great grandchildren, Zamya Upchurch, Zavan Upchurch, Blakeley Rea Fields and Z'Lynd Upchurch; and his siblings, Janice Murrel of Anderson, Brenda Milbourne (Everett) of Connersville and Bobby Harvey (June) of Laurel.
