He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Spurgin (Lee) of Spiceland, Sarah Valle (Arby) of Lakeland and Marijo Green of Indianapolis; his granddaughters, Avie, Delilah, Camrie, McKinlee, Maisyn, Grace and Twyla; and his siblings, Sharon Vickers of Plainfield, Karen Blanton of Oscala and Greg Vickers (Carina) of Middletown, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
