She is survived by: her former spouse Glen Farmer; her children, Terry Farmer, Ronnie Farmer, Lisa Farmer, Amanda Jones (Daniel) and Ashley Mays (Bart); her grandchildren, Cierra Ammerman (Billy), Joshua Farmer, Destiny Farmer, Holdyn Mays, Jacob Ammerman II, Amielya Mays, Parker Ammerman, Bryson Mays and Blake Jones; and her siblings, Lisa Gulley (Morris), Samantha Spears, Stephanie Spears, Ronda Brady, Bryan Spears and Robert Spears.
