He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C. Sr. Lykins and Patsy York Lykins; his brother Carl C. Lykins Jr.; and his stepmother Kathleen Lykins. He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Collier of Dillsboro and Larry E. Lykins (Judy) of Connersville; his sister-in-law Peggy Lykins of Connersville; his aunt Rose York of Connersville; his stepsiblings, Harry Jessee, Garry Jessee, Charlotte Stidam, Judy Thompson, Sara Burris, Mary Lou Sparks, Brenda Jessee and Jamie Witkemper; his cousin Rhonda Gabbard; and his pets, Willie and Satch. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
