He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Dorisalene Baker Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Annie Boyer, Norma Wren, Cheryl Wren and Kerry Wren (Margie Lewis); his siblings, Bill Lewis, Shirley Peters, Lola Sells and Bob Lewis; and his nephew Herbert Boyer. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
