He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Gettinger and Mary Fisher Gettinger; his siblings, Donald Gettinger (Phyllis), Philip Gettinger (Joanna), Robert Gettinger (Marjorie), Margie Jones (Carl) and Hilda Ostermann (Ed); and his sister-in-law Grace Gettinger.
He is survived by: his brother William Gettinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
