He is survived by: his siblings, Marvin L. Fraley of Connersville, Doris G. Moore (Jobie) of Connersville and Mary E. Congleton (Lee Roy) of Connersville; his sister-in-law Irene Fraley of El Paso, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Georgetta Renee LePhew (Alan) of Connersville, Cherish L. Kaesberg of Cedar Park, Chasity A. Parrett-Cook (Devin) of Pflugersville, Angie Stegner of Indianapolis, Gina Kay Hunt of Pennsylvania, Stephen W. Fraley (Karen) of Connersville, Matthew Fraley and Michael Fraley, Jr.; and his caregiver Timothy Fowler. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
