He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clark and Roxie Henson; his great grandchild Landen Miller; his granddaughter Ariann Jade; his great grandchild Lanee Rene Ellis; and his siblings, Nancy Jordan and Jimmy Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Clark (Jinks); his daughters, Kim Cox (Darrell), Linda Jinks, Teresa Waddell (Craig) and Tonya Sells (Richard); and his sisters, Ginger (John), Genia (Rick) and Marcia. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
