She was predeceased by: her parents, Courtland Ellis and Betty Purcell Allard. She is survived by: her husband Michael Boulware; and her siblings, Courtland Ellis, Jr. of Connersville and Sheila Campbell (Allen) of Denver, Colorado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
