He is survived by: his brother Max Maple; his daughter Lynette Maple Jones (David); his granddaughters, Emilee, Mallory and Hannah; his sister Pamela Mackenzee; his great grandchildren, Jayce David, Bentlee and Ferrari; his son Theodore Roosevelt Maple; his fiancée Lura; his grandchildren, Gypsy Rose Newton, Morgan, Abagail and Eli Maple; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Charlie, Addey and Shiloh Newton; and his sisters, Naomi Jean and Arlene (Aunt Susie).
