She is survived by: her sons, Herbert "Jerry" Horn of Dempsey and Michael Ray Smith; her grandchildren, Darien, Destinee, Dawson, Layla and Addy; and her siblings, Lester Poe (Mary), Charles Poe (Shawnell), Lora Hines (Jerry), Mary Baker (Gary Stacy), Gloria Meadows (John), Leslie Rowe (Jay), Deb Royce (James) and Angela Mae Poe.
