He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Rowe and Linda Lane Rowe; his siblings, Phillip Rowe, Kathy Horn, Jean Richardson and Karen Reisinger; and his brother-in-law Bill Horn.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy King; his son Michael King; his grandchildren, Vic, Gavin, Owen, Ava, Markie, Layla, Ashley and Jazmine; his brother Robert Rowe; and his brother-in-law Wayne Richardson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and kitty cats.
