He is survived by: his mother Arlene Coffey (Smalley) of College Corner, Ohio.; his wife Karen Ann Barlow; his siblings, Natalie Brock (Tony), Clarissa Caudill (Brian) and Shane Coffey; his friend Amanda Patterson; his father Donald Gene Coffey; and also Chel.
