Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles York of Connersville, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 85, on January 16, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, George York and Flossie York; his wife Evelyn E. York; and his siblings, Betty Sims (Don), Joyce Gard (Larry), Iva Riebsomer (Hafey), Helen Williams (Bob), Robert "Ronnie" York (Pauletta), Russell "Buck" York and Harold "Tony" York.

He is survived by: his son Charles "Cole" York (Sue) of Connersville; his stepson Joey Lewis (Beth) of Connersville; his grandchildren, Danika Sherwood, Tyler York and Marie Jones (Zac); his great grandchildren, Cohen York, Camryn York, Gavin Jones, Addison Jones, Sophia Jones, Keilyn Sherwood and Kenlan Sherwood; and his siblings, Deanna Hensley of San Antonio, Texas and George "Junior" York of Fort Myers, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
