He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Barlow and Ruby Barlow; his wife Gladys Bates Barlow; and his brothers, Wayne and Gene Barlow.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Barlow (Kathy) and Ryan Payton (Melissa).
