It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Schonfeld of Connersville, Indiana, born in Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Murrell and Wilma Philpot Murrell. She is survived by: her husband P. Michael Schonfeld; her sons, Chris Schonfeld (Angie) of Rushville, Pete Schonfeld (Nicole) of Connersville and Edward Schonfeld of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Josh Schonfeld (Amber), Ashley Schonfeld, Christian Schonfeld (Rachel), Camden Schonfeld and Colten Schonfeld; her great grandchildren, Cash Burgdoerfer, Troy, Addy, Moe and Gus Schonfeld; and her siblings, Tom Murrell (Pat) of Connersville, John Murrell of Rushville, Daryl Murrell of Rushville, Marilyn Miller (Roger) of Brookville, Patty Kuhn (Kevin) of Rushville, Nancy Brohard (Steve) of Argyle, Pam Chaney (Roger) of Brown County, Barb Wilson (Jeff) of Metamora and Betty Wyatt (Sam) of Laurel, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
