She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Legere and Shirley Crow Legere. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hanks, Kristina Hanks of Washington and Tonya Clark of Washington; and her siblings, Jack Legere of Connersville, David Legere of Connersville and Denise of Washington. She is also survived by her husband of twenty-one years and his family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the COPD foundation in Brenda's honor.
