She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Dunn and Oda Elliott Dunn; her spouse McClellian Smith; her sons, Steven Smith and James Smith; and her sister-in-law Jackie Dunn.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Smith, Curtis Smith and Jason Smith; her siblings, Sam Dunn, Betty Thomas (Buford) and Judith Smith; her grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Derek Smith and Kristin Smith-Marin; her great grandchildren, Alfredo Marin and Alicia Marin; and her great great grandchild Dezilynn Dior Marin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
