She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralleigh Toler and Della Bowman Toler. She is survived by: her children, Deb Sebring (Bill), Byron Payton (Tammie), Jane Osborne, Joe Payton (Cheryl) and Ronda Bouiler; and her brothers, Carlos Toler (Elaine) and Adrian Toler (Marylin). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren.
