He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. McNeely and Virginia J. Ross McNeely; his wife Patricia Ann McNeely; and his sister Dian L. McNeely. He is survived by: his children, Gary L. McNeely, Brian McNeely and Denise L. McNeely; his grandsons, Duane McNeely and Derrick (Sierra McNeely); his great grandchildren, Maverick and Addison; and his sisters-in-law, Rita Collins, Linda Virdon and Anita Carver. He is also survived by several cousins, church family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, Connersville, Connersville Lion Club, or AseraCare Hospice in Barry's honor.
