We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2023, at the age of 78, Linda Sue Abplanalp of Commiskey, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arnold and Mildred Jackson (Archer); her husband George Abplanalp; her close friend Paul Sandlin; her son Robert A. Abplanalp; and her stepson Derek Sandlin.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Abplanalp (Mary) of Commiskey, Steven Abplanalp of North Vernon and Lisa Abplanalp of Westport; her stepdaughters, Dawn Renee Sandlin of North Vernon and Dalynn Rachelle Lonsberry (David) of North Vernon; her siblings, Steve Jackson of Georgia, Debby Poling of Tennessee and Pam Wigman of Florida; her grandchildren, Kayla Kipper (Shawn), Destyne Abplanalp, Kyle Abplanalp, Jeff Gillstrap, Caitlynn Abplanalp of Scottsburg, Wyatt Abplanalp of Kentucky and Waylon Abplanalp of Kentucky; her stepgrandchildren, Cally Lonsberry of North Vernon, Molly Lonsberry of North Vernon, Dr. Devin Sandlin (Emily) of Irving, Texas and Jake Sandlin of Irving, Texas; and her great grandchild Karma Kipper of North Vernon.
Memorials may be made in honor of Linda through the funeral home to the donor's choice of organization.
