He is survived by: his wife Vickie Matney; his children, John Matney of Commiskey, Sarah Matney and Alexis Ruddick (Joe); his siblings, Robert Joe Matney (Debbie), Donald Frank Matney (Debbie) and Ann Margaret Couch (Eddie) of Scottsburg; and his grandchildren, Drew Goins of Commiskey, Sophie Ruddick of Commiskey and Lincoln Ruddick of Commiskey.
