It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Robert Vire of Columbus, Indiana, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil D. Vire and Ethel Vire (Valerie); and his wife Sharon Vire. He is survived by: his children, Billie Banuelos of Shelbyville, Brian Cecil of Evansville, Tammy Cecil of Columbus and Susan Coomer of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Steve, Melanie, Courtney, Conner, Baylee and Drea. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
