He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Keith and Mary Anne Bishop (Ackerman); and his siblings, Dee Dee Bishop, Bo Bishop, Amy Ponsler, Libby Murphy, Dachshund and Oscar.
He is survived by: his wife Erika Spachtholz; his daughters, Emma Bishop (Cameron Schneider) of Westport and Lydia Spachtholz-Bishop of Columbus; his siblings, John Bishop of Seymour, Theresa Browning (Bill) of San Jacinto and Kate Webster (Chris) of North Vernon; and his grandchildren, Carsen Schneider and Lane Schneider of Westport.
Memorials may be made in honor of Billy through the funeral home to CMTA (Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association.).
