He is survived by: his uncle Bernard; his wife Monika Martin of Columbus; his brother Tom Hull (Rita) of Hope; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Rutan (Floyd), Terry Dodd (Cheryl), Larry Dodd, Jennie Smith (Charlie) and Holly Elkins (Jennifer) of Sunny Hull, JT; and his siblings-in-law, Wally Peterson and Sam Dodd.
