He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Kathleen Lawhorn; his wife Phyllis Breedlove; his children, Ben Breedlove of Columbus, Diana Breedlove-Hall (Al) of DeLand, Mary Ellen Breedlove of Columbus and Patricia Lynn Lee (Don) of Edinburgh; his sister Betty Carty of Terre Haute; and his grandchildren, Allison Hadley of Columbus, Joe Noe of Columbus, Taylor Marie Seegraves (John) of Scipio, Elaina Ashby (Rob) of Madison, Carrie Polak of Illinois and Ann Marie Jarrell of Illinois.
