He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Rice and Mary Hazel McKay Neible; his wife Anna Mae Neible; his sisters, Donna McDonald and Margaret Wallick; and his nephew Bruce McDonald.
He is survived by: his children, Trudy Mize (Gary) of Columbus, Judy Nichols (Scott) of Dillsboro and Jon Neible (Jacqueline) of New Palestine; his close friend Helen Wheatley of Columbus; his grandchildren, Ami Tincher (David) of Elizabethtown, Brandon Bush (Hayli) of Columbus, Matt Weldon Neible of Columbus and Sean Ward (Jenna) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; and his great grandchildren, Liam Ward, Oliver, Gunner, Carter and Jaxon Bush.
Memorial contributions may be given to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
