He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Crippen and Sarah Bolander Crippen; his siblings, Dean Crippen, Kenneth Crippen, Thelma Enochs and Maryleen Collins; and his grandson Todd Petro.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, John Crippen (Dottye) of Dugger, Ginger Luetke of Hope and Janice Crippen of Columbus; his sister Phyllis Mouser of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Emily Hall, Terry Williams and Jeff Petro. He is also survived by great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in memory of Wayne.
