He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fravel and Ella Brown Fravel; his daughter Lori Ann Dobbins; and his brother Ralph L. Fravel. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Miller (Allan) of Columbus and Bradley Fravel (Catherine) of Blacksburg, VA; his sister Virginia Vela of Ventura, CA; and his grandchildren, Rachael Eckert (Ben) of Delaware, OH, Mitchell Miller of Columbus, Emma, Anna and Eric Fravel of Blacksburg.

Memorials may be made to Crossroads Community Church or Clarity.
