She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra George and Lillie Bolin George; her former husband Norman "Pete" Grimes; her husband Rice Johnson; her son Danny Grimes; and her siblings, Tobias, Paul, Maurice, Norman George, Opal Cloninger, Ova Wilson and Nola Richards.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Grimes of Columbus and Anthony Grimes (Nancy) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Brent Grimes, Angie Grimes (Barry), Nicola Gehring (Christian), Melissa McKenzie (Scott), Natalie Mann (Justin) and Danielle Tedder (Anthony).
Memorial contributions may be made to Ogilville Christian Church or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
