He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Armstrong; his son Bradley M. Armstrong; his siblings, Bruce Armstrong (Cheryl) and Crystal D. Bone; and his siblings-in-law, Dell Kelly (Debbie) and Becky Richardson (Shannon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Victor's name may be made to the Bartholomew County Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
