It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor David Ratliff (Columbus, Indiana), born in Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Victor Michael; and his brother Michael James. He is survived by: his mother Cheryll Ratliff of Kokomo, Indiana; his siblings, Mathew Ratliff (Betty) of Evansville, Indiana, Tim Ratliff (Nicole) of Wells, Maine and Aleshia Ratliff of Indianapolis, Indiana; his nieces, Ashley, Savannah, Leslie and Quinlan; and his nephew Matthew. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
