She was predeceased by: her friend Mike Hoaks; and her aunt Susan Williams. She is survived by: her parents, Delbert R. Fields and Mary Fields (Williams); her sisters, Julie Hershauer (Scott) of Greensburg and Debbie Duffy (Terry) of Greensburg; her nieces, Ciara Hammer (Tim) of Newburgh and April Wirrig (Zach) of Greensburg; her great-nieces, Adeline, Evelyn Hammer and Quinn Wirrig; and her aunts, Donna Fugate of North Vernon, Cherrill Martin of North Vernon, Billie Higdon of North Vernon, Margaret Wilder of North Vernon and Norma Milliman of Kokomo.
