He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Covert and Mary J. Greenlee Covert; his daughter Tanya Frazee; his stepdaughter Alli Rexroat; and his grandson Trevor Frazee.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia J. Barkes Rexroat; his children, Tara Manley (Luke) of Hope and Tim Covert (Denise Eubanks) of Seymour; his stepdaughter Mende Fox (Todd) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Danielle Liedberg (Tom), Mackenzie Gerbig (Preston), Ethan Frazee, Abigail Manley and Leah Manley; his stepgrandchildren, Brayden Warfield, Braxton Warfield and Raelee Warfield; his great grandchild Jax Gerbig; his sister Kathy Weaver (Dan) of The Villages, Florida; his nephew Jeremy Weaver of The Villages, Florida; and his niece Kimberly Schifferer (Andy) of Batavia, Illinois..
