He is survived by: his great-grandparent Rose Olson; his parents, Chad Dornquast and Jayne Dornquast; his brother Scott Dornquast; his grandmothers, Ruth Riddle, Vicki Boyd (Jim) and Pam Roth (Jim); his uncle Geoff Riddle (Sue); and his cousins, Adam Dragt (Katie) and Alex Dragt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rittman Family Funeral Home (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
