He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Bert Tam and Mabel M. McMullen Tam. He is survived by: his children, Steve Tam (Christi) of Columbus and Cecily Clifton of Westfield; his grandchildren, Olivia Seelye (James), Sarah Heider (Zach), Griffin Tennent and Cooper Tennent; his great grandchildren, Riley Tam and Arya Seelye; his brothers, David Tam of Des Moines and Alan Tam of San Fransisco, California; his niece Vivienne Venderley (Robert Sacks); and his nephew Will Tam.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
